Location: Stevenage Rate: £280 – £300 per day (CIS / Ltd) Start Date: ASAP Duration: At least until December with possible extension to 2026 Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 The Role 4Site Recruitment are seeking an Site Manager to join a major internal fit-out project at a leading research and development hub in Stevenage. This position is focused on health & safety and compliance rather than direct management of installation or fit-out. You'd be working closely with the Senior Project Manager, taking ownership of site paperwork, permits and safety documentation, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards across the project. Responsibilities Reviewing RAMs and checklists Writing and issuing permits Delivering daily briefings, tool box talks, and inductions Overseeing health & safety compliance on site Liaising with trades, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Supporting overall site operations with a strong H&S focus Project Details Internal fit out of a building within the facility Software used: Procore, Outlook Requirements SMSTS First Aid Black CSCS card Asbestos awareness and Fire Warden qualifications (desirable) Strong background in health & safety within construction Apply Now If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV to (url removed)
