Mobile HVAC Service Engineer

Mobile HVAC Service Engineer Required Essex & London Up to £60,000 plus package depending on experience. I’m currently working with a mid sized M&E Contractor based in Central Essex who are now looking to recruit an experienced Mobile HVAC Service Engineer who will work across projects covering Essex & London. The company specialises in providing Mechanical and Electrical Building Services encompassing design, supply, installation, and commissioning within the traditional installation sector along with a growing presence within the renewables market. Their projects primarily span the Commercial, Residential, Retail & renewables sectors, with contract values typically ranging from £50k to £2m. Assignments are concentrated in Essex and London, requiring a balanced work week split between on-site responsibilities and the Head Office in Basildon. Duties include: * Travel to various client locations to provide on-site service and maintenance. * Attend callouts to inspect any reported issues. * Liaise with the client on site to provide and manage a service & maintenance visit. * Provide support, planning and scheduling of works. * Provide on-site quotations/ or detail what’s required for any remedial works. * Carry out on-site surveys to gather an asset list of mechanical equipment. * Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation units. * Conduct system inspections, identify potential issues, and execute repairs to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
