Assistant Site Manager – Residential Development Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire Salary: Competitive Benefits Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently recruiting for Assistant Site Managers to join a leading residential developer on a busy housing project in Nuneaton. The Role: * Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site * Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work * Maintaining site health & safety and carrying out site inductions * Assisting with the management of programme, quality, and snagging * Ensuring compliance with NHBC and building regulations Requirements: * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager (residential projects preferred) * Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations * SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work (essential) * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain site records What’s on Offer: * Competitive salary (depending on experience) * Long-term project with opportunities for career progression * Supportive and established site team This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to work on a major residential development with a respected housebuilder.
