Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation Support senior QS staff in managing the procurement process Carry out measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications Assist with the preparation of cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and valuations Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams Monitor project variations, valuations, and final accounts Support in post-contract duties including cost control and reporting Maintain excellent documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline 1–3 years of experience in a consultancy or contractor environment Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software (e.g. CostX, Bluebeam, etc.) Eagerness to work towards RICS APC qualification (support will be provided) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A proactive and professional attitude O’Neill and Brennan values diversity and promotes equality, All individuals will be treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation
