Job Title: Freelance Site Manager – Flat Refurbishment Location: Belsize Park, North London Rate: £250 per day Contract: 4–5 months (approx. £400,000 refurbishment project, potential to continue on further projects) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take ownership of a high-end flat refurbishment project in Belsize Park. The majority of the structural works are complete, and the project is now moving into the fit out phase. You will be responsible for driving the project through to completion, coordinating trades, ensuring quality finishes, and keeping the programme on track. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead day-to-day site management and subcontractor coordination ✅ Oversee fit-out and finishing works to a high standard ✅ Ensure project runs on time and within budget ✅ Maintain excellent H&S standards and site organisation ✅ Conduct regular inspections and provide progress reports ✅ Liaise closely with suppliers, trades, and project stakeholders Requirements: ✔ Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on residential refurbishment/fit-out projects ✔ Strong track record delivering high-quality finishes ✔ Excellent organisational and leadership skills ✔ Solid understanding of H&S regulations and compliance ✔ Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification Immediate start available If you’re a motivated Site Manager with experience delivering high-end refurbishments, we’d love to hear from you.
