Finance Assistant Belfast £28,000 pa 4:30pm Finish Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading company within the construction industry who are looking to bring a Finance Assistant on to the team! Key Responsibilities Monitoring accounts email inboxes to ensure queries and communications are picked up and directed appropriately. Processing purchase ledger invoices, ensuring accurate 3-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Investigating and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. Processing subcontractor invoices, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant. Assisting with the preparation and execution of month-end payment runs. Providing support to the wider finance team as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Carrying out general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working in a similar role. Strong IT skills including Excel. Ability to work within a team.
