Facades Site Manager

The CSR group is looking for an experienced Facades Site Manager to join a growing specialist contractor based in Belfast. Commercial projects range from £500k 10m and the work is all NI based. Salaries offered between £40 - 50k plus package DOE Responsibilities To be responsible for the delivery of Faades packages Responsible for day-to-day management and co-ordination of the relevant subcontractors, including ensuring design and program are carried out in line with quality standards. To work collaboratively with the internal site and design teams, along with external Professionals To report progress and record progress against program deadlines To maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner. To carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and faade To attend and chair meetings on site with relevant subcontractors, ensuring accurate records are taken and communicated with all relevant parties, safety throughout the project, ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner. Respond to sub-contractor progress reports and Sub-contractors Contractual correspondence. Experience Experience in managing and delivering bespoke facades packages Experienced in Fire, thermal and acoustic performance of cladding systems. Experience with interfaces such as, Roofing, Curtain Walling, SFS, Facades Thorough knowledge of database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint Good management/organisational skills, with ability to manage time and meet deadline.
