Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, for a project in Birmingham working on a Construction Fit out project. Duties: * As the Quantity Surveyor you will manage ongoing relationships with the subcontractors to deliver on the infrastructure projects. * Handle the tendering process to find best subcontractors within the Fit out space. * Negotiate contracts including plant, materials, resources and of course, incredibly skilled people. * Sourcing local subcontractors. * Work with key stakeholders. * Commercial reporting. Requirements * Track record working as a Quantity Surveyor on first out projects * Ideally have experience within Healthcare projects. * The ability to deliver projects successfully * Ideally be degree educated, but this is not essential. The role would suit either a Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, who has a background on large fit out projects.
