Quantity Surveyor – Passive Fire Protection Knutsford, North West | £55,000 – £65,000 Package Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Passive Fire Protection? Our client, a respected and growing contractor in the sector, is seeking a commercially astute professional to join their team in Knutsford. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of passive fire projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing and managing cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts. * Overseeing budgets, forecasting, and commercial reporting. * Managing subcontractor accounts, procurement, and contract administration. * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements. * Working closely with project teams to achieve commercial and operational objectives. About You To be considered, you must have: * Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the Passive Fire industry (essential). * Strong knowledge of fire stopping, cavity barriers and associated passive fire solutions. * Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. * Experience with relevant contracts (e.g. JCT/NEC). * A proactive and detail-driven approach, with the ability to work independently. * Based in or commutable to Knutsford/North West.
