Site Surveyor – Reactive Maintenance Streatham, covering social housing properties in Lambeth Up to £48,000 benefits Are you an experienced Site Surveyor looking to join one of the UK’s leading contractors? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-volume reactive maintenance works to social housing properties across Lambeth. The RoleBased out of the Streatham office, you will be responsible for the commercial management of a busy reactive maintenance contract. This includes cost control, valuations, reporting, and supporting operational teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Managing the commercial performance of reactive maintenance works Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts Producing accurate cost reports and forecasts Working closely with contract managers and site teams to ensure compliance and profitability Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders About You Previous experience as a Site Surveyor (ideally within social housing, maintenance, or refurbishment) Strong knowledge of schedule of rates and maintenance contracts Excellent commercial and financial awareness Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment What’s on Offer Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience Company benefits package Career development with one of the UK’s largest and most respected contractors The opportunity to work on a long-term, stable contract in the social housing sector If you’re a commercially astute Site Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
