Site Manager - Freelance New Build Construction Middleton - Teesdale Freelance - 30 - 35 weeks £260 - £270 Per day TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of a nationwide construction contractor with a project in Middleton-in-Teesdale for a 30 - 35-week new build scheme, using steel frame and tradition mason methods of construction. Reporting to a contracts manager, this is a number one role on site, ensuring the project is delivered in a safe and professional way. This is a new build project valued in the region of £1m and will have a positive impact for the local community. This is a new build scheme and will require experience delivering new build steel frame projects.
