Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager Location: Central London Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 Travel Allowance Bonus Pension About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established MEP contractor based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage high-profile residential and mixed-use projects, working alongside some of the UK’s leading Tier 1 contractors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design management, pre-construction, and residential projects, and will be responsible for delivering mechanical packages to the highest standards, ensuring quality, cost, and programme targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical works, from design coordination through to installation and final handover. * Manage pre-construction activities including design reviews, risk assessments, and planning. * Lead project delivery teams, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. * Liaise with Tier 1 contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. * Ensure compliance with building regulations, industry standards, and company procedures. * Provide leadership on technical and commercial matters throughout project delivery. * Produce and monitor project programmes, cost forecasts, and progress reports. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the residential and mixed-use sector. * Strong knowledge of mechanical building services systems and installation processes. * Experience in design management and pre-construction planning. * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. * Relevant industry qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent).
