Mechanical Project Manager

Our client requires a Mechanical Project Manager for commercial fitout projects in Central London. The role will include managing all aspects of a commercial fitout project including directly employed Plumbers and Pipefitters as well as sub-contractors for HVAC packages such as Air conditioning and air ventilation. Successful Project Managers must have the following: * A current valid CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS certificate. * Experience managing commercial fitout projects for a mechanical sub-contractor. * Two checkable working references as a Mechanical Project Manager on commercial construction projects. The hours on site will be from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday. As with any managerial roles a certain amount of flexibility will be required dependant on the needs of the job.
