Electrical Contracts Manager – M&E Contractor Location: Telford Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) Car/Car Allowance Start: Immediate We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a leading M&E contractor in Telford. You’ll be overseeing multi-million-pound commercial, residential, leisure, and education projects, working within a supportive and friendly team environment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. * Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships. * Produce and manage project programmes, reports, and documentation. Qualifications & Experience: * Proven track record as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the M&E sector. * Strong background in managing commercial, residential, leisure, or education projects. * Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). * SMSTS/SSSTS and ECS/CSCS desirable. * Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. ✅ What’s on Offer: * Salary up to £70,000 depending on experience. * Company car or car allowance. * Opportunity to work on landmark, high-value projects. * Supportive team and long-term career prospects.
