Project Manager

Role: Project Manager Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 My clients are seeking to hire an additional project manager to support their strong pipeline of fit-out projects scheduled for the new year in and around the North West region. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the client and build relationshiops. Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues. Assist Site Managers in the coordination of project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee multiple Projects simultaneouslyRequirements: Proven experience as a project Manager (5 years) Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. CAT A/B office fit-out knowledge / Experience This is a permanent role paying a salary banding between £55k - £62k plus Car allowance.
