Job Title: Experienced Quantity Surveyor (2nd QS) Location: St George Street, Mayfair Project: £35m Refurbishment & Fit-Out The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship £35m refurbishment and cut & carve scheme in Mayfair. The project includes a Cat A fit-out and a new rooftop extension across 60,000 sq ft. Key Details * Project Value: £35m * Size: 60,000 sq ft * Programme: Completion Q1 2027 * Procurement: Two-stage tender * Status: LOI issued, site set up, finishing PCSA, main contract imminent Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale refurbishment or fit-out projects. * Strong commercial and contract management skills. * Ability to work within a busy Tier 1 contractor environment.
