Architect Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £35-40,000 An ambitious RIBA-chartered practice based in Milton Keynes is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing team. The practice has a diverse and expanding portfolio across a range of project types, the practice is committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtful design and technical excellence. ARB fees paid.The successful Architect will be: RIBA Part 3 qualified, with significant UK post-qualification experience. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Skilled in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator (essential). Additional 3D modelling and rendering experience advantageous. Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge. Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under own initiative. Live within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes and hold a valid UK driving licence.Responsibilities for the Architect position: Lead and contribute to projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages, from concept through to completion. Produce high-quality design work, technical drawings, and construction details. Coordinate planning applications and liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors. Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations Approved Documents, Planning Policy, and Legislation. Prepare and present design proposals to clients. Work both independently and collaboratively within a small, supportive team.
