Residential Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join a well established, Residential Property Team. In this role, you’ll handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including purchases and sales, executry conveyancing, remortgages, and transfer of title work. You’ll also have the chance to be involved in more complex transactions, such as those involving title conditions, boundary issues, and access rights. This is a full-time, permanent position, with potential for hybrid working by agreement.
