Junior / Assistant Site Manager High End Fit Out Near Farnborough 9-month Contract Start: 15th or 22nd of September Looking for a Junior Site Manager role where you can actually get stuck in, rather than just nodding at drawings? This is it. We've got a £9m high-end fit out in Farnborough, inside a brand-new building. Think luxury finishes, joinery worth guarding with your life, and a client who expects perfection (and notices everything). The team includes a Contracts Manager (they do the client/design/programme dance), and a Senior Site Manager running ops. You'll be their right-hand the one keeping trades honest, progress steady, and quality sky-high. What you'll be doing: • Getting hands-on with daily site operations no hiding behind the Senior SM. • Managing subcontractors like a pro (or like a parent at soft play). • Supporting reporting and progress tracking in Microsoft Project, Excel and Word • Delivering finishes so crisp you'll want to frame them What we're looking for: • A Site Manager with real fit out experience (bonus points if you've survived airports before). • Someone accountable, responsible, and all in from day one not a coat-hanger with a hard hat. • Comfortable with IT (if Project still means GCSE coursework to you, it's a no). • Professional, candid, but not afraid to get amongst the sub-contractors This isn't just another job it's the one that'll look great on your CV and at the pub when someone asks what you're working on
