Estimator - Roofing Our client is a leading commercial roofing refurbishment specialist, delivering high-quality, tailored solutions across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates, conducting site surveys, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors to support successful project delivery. This role will be primarily office-based with national travel as required. Estimator - Roofing What's in it for you? Monday to Friday, either 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00 £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience) Discretionary Bonus Company vehicle (car or truck) with fuel card 21 days holiday bank holidays Company pension scheme Career progression opportunitiesEstimator - Roofing Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects, primarily flat roofing Conduct site surveys across the UK as required Produce detailed cost breakdowns and professional proposals Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to support tender submissions and project delivery Work from the office, with flexibility for national travelEstimator - Roofing Role Requirements Minimum 1.5 years' experience in flat roofing estimating (essential) Experience in pitched roofing estimating (desirable) Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Full UK driving license (essential) Sound technical knowledge of roofing systemsPlease be aware this job description is a general overview and subject to change as per our clients' needs
