Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential Refurbishment Location: Guildford & Woking (office base in Basingstoke) Salary: Up to £80,000 package We are currently recruiting for a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a respected construction business delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects valued up to several million pounds. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or for a proven Senior QS seeking a fresh challenge. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of projects in Guildford and Woking while working closely with the office team in Basingstoke. Typical duties will include preparing cost plans and budgets, financial reporting, managing procurement and subcontractors, and overseeing contract administration throughout the life of each project. The position offers a good balance of site-based and office-based work. We are looking for someone with a strong track record as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within high-end residential or refurbishment projects. This role would suit an ambitious Project QS keen to progress, or an experienced Senior QS looking to take on prestigious schemes. Strong commercial awareness, the ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent client-facing skills will be key to success.
