Project Manager

A highly professional construction consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an ambitious and passionate Project Manager to join their close-knit team and run projects from inception-completion. The company that the Project Manager will be joining: The Project Manager will be joining a modern, forward-thinking Consultancy who have built a reputation for delivering superb Schemes within the Residential sector. The Project Manager will be given the opportunity of running Schemes from Inception-Completion and will be working closely with a Senior Project Manager throughout the lifecycle of projects. The Consultancy are looking for a Project Manager to assist in delivering a selection of unique projects such as New Build and Refurbishments within the Residential sector. The Project Manager will need to be able to access East Kent as these are where the projects will be located. Project Manager Role: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects including new builds and refurbishments. The Project Manager will be working alongside a Senior Project Manager, but will also be providing support/mentorship towards junior Project Managers across the lifecycle of projects. Responsibilities of a Project Manager: Collaborating with the whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Communicating with external parties such as Contractors and Sub-contractors Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Senior Project Managers and Associate Directors Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Facilitating meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsThe Project Manager requirements:Previous experience working at a Construction Consultancy Exposure to the Residential sector would be ideal Ideally commutable to Kent and surrounding areas BSc or MSc in Project Management is preferred MRICS or MAPM is ideal Ability to run projects from start-finish Strong communication and interpersonal skills In return: Salary package of £55,000-£65,000. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays Discretionary bonus Car allowance Hybrid offered Career training and development Private healthcareIf you are a client-facing, well presented Project Manager looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
