Joinery Estimator – Remote

About the Company A well-established joinery subcontractor delivering high-end bespoke joinery packages to both residential and commercial developments. About the Role The business is looking for a Joinery Estimator to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role will see you take responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects. You will liaise with clients, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring estimates are produced on time and to the highest standard. Key Duties: * Analyse drawings, specifications, and design concepts to produce accurate estimates. * Prepare detailed bills of quantities and take-offs for bespoke joinery packages. * Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. * Support tender submissions and contribute to value engineering. * Collaborate with project and commercial teams during tender and live project phases. Requirements * Previous experience as an Estimator within the joinery subcontracting sector. * Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, high-end residential, and fit-out projects. * Ability to work independently, managing workloads and deadlines remotely. * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
