Sub Agent

We're recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering major civils schemes in Cardiff. They’re looking for an experienced Senior engineer/Sub Agent to support the site team on a long-term freelance basis. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily site operations and supervise engineers and subcontractors * Ensure work is delivered to programme, safety, and quality standards * Maintain site documentation, RAMS, and progress reports * Work closely with the Agent and Project Manager to deliver key packages * Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams Requirements: * Demonstrable experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Section Engineer * Knowledge of groundworks or General civils * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification * Strong communication and leadership skills * HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline This is a great freelance opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer or Sub Agent looking for a stable, long-term contract in the Cardiff area.
