Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel Location: London (Hybrid) Our client is for a highly skilled and proactive Legal Counsel to support our expanding legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on commercial, corporate, and M&A matters within the dynamic landscapes of BPO, AI, and tech. Key Responsibilities Commercial Law & Contracts Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners. Advise on contractual risks, obligations, and mitigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support M&A activities including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-deal integration. Coordinate with external counsel on complex cross-border transactions . Corporate Governance & Compliance Guide internal stakeholders on corporate governance best practices . Assist in developing internal governance and risk management policies. Risk Management Identify and advise on legal risks related to commercial operations. Structure agreements that balance commercial priorities with legal safeguards. Data Protection & Privacy Provide guidance on GDPR, CCPA , and other data privacy laws. Review data processing agreements and cross-border data transfer mechanisms. What We’re Looking For Law degree from a recognized institution (UK, USA, or equivalent). 3–5 years of legal experience in commercial law, M&A, and corporate governance. Solid understanding of legal issues within the BPO, AI, and tech sectors. Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, international, and cross-cultural business environment. Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
