Senior Quantity Surveyor – Oxford & High Wycombe £75,000 – £90,000 package Tier 1 Residential Main Contractor We are supporting one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 main contractors, who are looking to appoint two experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors across projects in Oxford and High Wycombe . This contractor has a proven track record delivering large-scale, complex residential developments and continues to be a leader within the sector. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for schemes ranging from £40m–£50m , managing all aspects of cost control, subcontractor management, and reporting. You will be expected to lead the commercial function on-site and play a key role in delivering projects successfully and profitably. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 main contractor . Strong background in residential developments . Experience leading projects/schemes from pre-construction through delivery. Ability to manage large-value packages and lead commercial teams. Strong client-facing and reporting skills.
