Ductwork Supervisor – Bond Street, London Location: Bond Street, London Rate: £280 per day Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to join one of the largest and most reputable ductwork contractors in London. With a strong pipeline of commercial and high-end fit-out projects, our client continues to grow and is working alongside Tier 1 main contractors such as Wates Group, Kier Group, and Overbury. This specific role is for a high-profile commercial scheme in Bond Street, and we’re looking for a hands-on supervisor to take immediate responsibility for overseeing ductwork installations on site. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate ductwork installation teams on-site * Ensure works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification * Liaise closely with site management and main contractors * Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with drawings and specs * Monitor materials, plant, and labour requirements * Maintain daily site records and progress reports * Attend site meetings and contribute to lookahead planning * Ensure Health & Safety protocols are strictly followed Requirements: * Proven experience supervising ductwork/mechanical installation on commercial projects * SSSTS or SMSTS certification (Essential) * CSCS card (Supervisory level preferred) * Strong understanding of HVAC drawings and specifications * Ability to manage operatives and sub-contractors effectively * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer: * Competitive day rate of £280 * Immediate start on a flagship project * Long-term pipeline of work with top-tier contractors * Supportive and experienced project teams * Opportunity to progress within a growing business If you're ready to hit the ground running on a landmark commercial project in central London, apply now with your CV or contact us directly to discuss further
