Looking to recruit a Floor Layer to join a leading property services company undertaking repairs and maintenance works around Westminster Responsibilities: Carrying out responsive maintenance repairs to both occupied and void properties Fit vinyl floor to wet floor shower rooms and kitchens with a requirement for general carpet fitting also You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training) Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.Requirements: Must hold a full UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided Hold a relevant trade City and Guilds Craft qualification or NVQ2 Customer focused with experience of social housing/ repairs If you feel this role is for you, please attach an updated cv and we will be in touch!
