Commercial Manager – South Wales An award-winning, multi-disciplined subcontractor is seeking to strengthen its management team with the appointment of a Commercial Manager. We are looking for candidates currently working in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management with a residential developer, main contractor, or subcontractor. You should have specific expertise in: * Client management * CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations) * Issuing contracts * Variations management Experience in external works and landscaping would be highly advantageous. While some travel may be required, it will be limited. The role is based full-time in our South Wales office.
