Mobile Projects Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Cladding & EWI Retrofits Salary: £65,000 Allowance Location: Projects across England – notably in Bristol and as far north as Yorkshire Type: Permanent, Full-time Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple cladding and External Wall Insulation (EWI) retrofit projects across England. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, particularly PAS requirements, while delivering high-quality outcomes within budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the delivery of multiple cladding and EWI retrofit projects from inception to completion. * Ensure all works meet PAS and other relevant compliance requirements. * Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. * Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to specifications. * Resolve issues promptly to minimise delays and maintain quality standards. Requirements: * Proven experience managing multiple retrofit projects, ideally cladding and EWI. * Strong understanding of PAS compliance and relevant building regulations. * Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to manage projects across multiple locations in England. * Willingness to travel extensively to sites (Bristol to Yorkshire and other regions)
