Electrical Project Engineer – Major Data Centre, Central London We’re representing a leading MEP contractor delivering a flagship data centre project in Central London. With a project value close to £150m MEP, this scheme is currently in pre-construction and offers long-term stability, running well into 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Project Engineer to play a key role from early stages through to delivery, working alongside an experienced team on one of the most high-profile technical projects in the capital. What you’ll be doing: * Supporting the Lead Engineer & Project Manager on all engineering activities. * Preparing method statements, risk assessments, and project documentation. * Coordinating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors on technical and commercial matters. * Monitoring progress, reporting on programmes, and producing lookahead schedules. * Overseeing quality control, inspections, and snagging processes. * Managing RFIs, procurement schedules, and technical submissions. What we’re looking for: * Experience as an Electrical Project Engineer within MEP contracting. * Strong technical and commercial understanding of electrical packages. * Knowledge of HSE and quality systems within major construction projects. * Organised, proactive, and able to take accountability.
