Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a Remediation Surveyor to join our team. This role will support our Senior/Managing Surveyor in the successful delivery of projects, taking responsibility for day-to-day commercial and operational decisions that keep everything moving forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with surveying experience who wants to step up, manage elements of live projects, and develop both commercially and professionally in a supportive environment. What you’ll be doing * Working alongside and supporting the Senior/Managing Surveyor on assigned projects. * Managing and mentoring less experienced staff so they feel supported and guided. * Taking responsibility for routine project decisions that impact daily and monthly progress. * Overseeing commercial aspects of projects, including budget control, subcontract administration, and workflow approvals. * Collaborating with the wider Operations Team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
