IT Support Analyst

This onsite role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Azure Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing effective IT support and will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our client's IT operations. Key Responsibilities - Experience Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Based Workstations and Microsoft 365 Applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed. - Assist in the training of staff on IT tools and applications. - Ensure effective documentation of processes and solutions. Core Skills Required - - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
