Job Ad: Small Commercial Refurbishment – Carlisle | £270/day | Start ASAP A well-respected regional main contractor is seeking an experienced and certified professional to oversee a very small commercial refurbishment project in Carlisle, starting immediately. This is a short-term role ideal for someone confident in managing site safety and compliance on a small-scale job. The day-to-day works will be handled by subcontractors — your key responsibility will be maintaining health & safety standards on site and coordinating basic site activities.
