Senior Design Manager

We have an immediately-available vacancy for a Senior Design Manager with the City of London office of a Cavern, Ireland-based main building contractor. The position has been brought about by the award of two further residential-led projects; a luxury care homes in Highgate and a students’ hall of residence in Euston and the successful candidate will be given one of the two in its entirety to coordinate in a site-based capacity, reporting directly to the UK Head Of Design. The Opportunity * Cradle to grave responsibility for the coordination of all internal and external professional consultants (structural engineers and architects) on prestigious, high profile central London developments. * A pipeline of profitable contracts in the £30m to £100 value range. Candidate Essentials * B Eng or B Arch qualified. * 5 years’ experience with a main contractor or self-build developer. * Good communication skills and a preference toward project-based activities. With interviews available from w/c Monday 25th August, salary is a highly competitive £90k to £110k package
