This is a senior role where you’ll oversee the business operations that keep a modern legal practice running smoothly — from Finance and Facilities to IT Contracts, HSE, and Administration. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations while driving improvements in efficiency, cost management, and client service. You’ll also lead and develop a team of 5–8 managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing finance operations (billing, collections, credit control). * Managing facilities, office services, and infrastructure across multiple sites. * Leading on compliance, HSE, and risk management. * Streamlining processes and using technology to improve efficiency. * Driving high standards of client and internal service delivery.
