Ecommerce / Warehouse Operations Manager

Prestwick | Full time Perm | £34k We’re looking on behalf of our client for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll lead a team of supervisors and warehouse operatives to deliver fast, accurate, and safe fulfilment for our customers. You’ll oversee goods in, storage, and dispatch processes, ensure compliance with aviation/security standards, and manage last-mile delivery partners to guarantee service excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, improve processes, and ensure smooth, cost-effective operations. What you’ll bring: Background in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations. Proven track record in team leadership and performance management. Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
