Senior Quantity Surveyor

We’re helping a global consultancy find a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Birmingham who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to make an impact on high-profile industrial and logistics schemes. The Role You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle - from early feasibility and cost planning, through procurement and contract administration, to final accounts. JCT contract experience is essential and experience on Design & Build projects or acting as Employer’s Agent is a strong plus. Most importantly, you’ll be the commercial lead who keeps projects running smoothly and clients confident. Who We’re Looking For You’ll be a strong fit if you: * Take pride in delivering high-quality work and building great client relationships. * Can confidently manage costs, contracts, and stakeholders in a busy environment. * Have experience taking projects from initial planning to completion. * Come from industrial/logistics, or retail/commercial construction and are keen to branch into this sector. * Are MRICS qualified or have comparable commercial experience.
