Construction Site Manager School Refurbishment - MUST HAVE A CURRENT ENHANCED DBS Location: Weaverham, Cheshire Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Duration: 16 weeks DBS Check: Enhanced DBS required (cost covered) We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a 16-week school refurbishment project in Weaverham, Cheshire. Key Requirements: * Previous experience in a client-facing management role within construction. * SMSTS certification (copy required upon application). * Computer literate with strong organisational skills. * Friendly, professional, and conscientious manner. * Willingness to work evening hours (4pm–12am). * MUST HAVE A CURRENT ENHANCED DBS Responsibilities include: * Managing site operations to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance. * Liaising with clients and contractors in a professional manner. * Ensuring the project stays on schedule and within scope. * Maintaining accurate site records and reporting as required.
