Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Planner to join the team and ensure projects are carefully programmed, coordinated, and delivered on schedule. You will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules across a range of complex construction and utility schemes. Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed project programmes for construction, façade, and utility works. * Monitor progress against timelines, identifying and addressing delays. * Work closely with Project and Contracts Managers to ensure alignment between schedules and site delivery. * Update clients and stakeholders on programme status. * Analyse and report on project risks related to time and sequencing. Skills & Experience * Proven experience in a Planning role within construction, utilities, or related sectors. * Proficient in industry-standard planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). * Strong organisational and analytical skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
