The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial success of large-scale NEC contracts based at King's Cross, including a hospital development and a fit-out project, each valued between £3M and £5M. You'll combine your commercial expertise with strong M&E knowledge, working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage NEC contract administration across live projects. Provide robust commercial QS support. Apply M&E knowledge, with BMS systems experience (desirable). About You Proven commercial QS experience. Strong mechanical & electrical background. Knowledge of BMS systems and site equipment (e.g., AHUs) advantageous.
