You’ll be joining a newly established Developer‑Contractor, led by one of the most respected construction leaders in the region. Responsibilities Deliver a complex mixed-use redevelopment involving the sensitive transformation of a Grade Listed structure. Manage all stages of the build: from partial demolition to the construction of residential apartments and a commercial office unit. Work closely with planning and heritage consultants to preserve key architectural features while ensuring modern functionality. Coordinate site operations, budgets, timelines, and health & safety protocols. Lead, support, and inspire site teams and subcontractors to deliver to high standards. What’s in it for the candidate?
