Site Manager

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing commercial fit-out company, renowned for delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B projects across London. With a solid pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, they're now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of our projects from the ground up. What You’ll Do: * Oversee day-to-day site operations on fit-out projects across London * Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to spec * Ensure site health & safety compliance is always maintained * Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for smooth delivery * Maintain site documentation including RAMS, progress reports, and quality checks * Represent the company professionally to clients and stakeholders What They're Looking For: * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial fit-out sector * Strong knowledge of both CAT A and CAT B projects (Mainly Cat A) * Ability to read drawings and manage works in live and occupied environments * Excellent communication and organisational skills * SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), and First Aid certifications * Full UK driving licence (preferred, not essential) What You’ll Get: * Competitive salary of up to £70,000 per annum * Projects all over London – no two days are the same * Supportive and experienced leadership team * Clear progression path within a growing company
