Fabricator Welder

Job Title: Fabricator / Site Welder Location: Park Royal Pay: £15.00 – £19.50 per hour (Enhanced rate is Umbrella pay) Hours: Monday – Friday (start between (Apply online only)) About the Role: We are seeking experienced Fabricators / Site Welders to join our clients team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London area. You will be responsible for fabricating and welding structural steel and architectural metalwork as per project specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and precision in every task. You will also work closely with installation teams to deliver projects to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: * Fabricating components to engineering drawings and specifications * Welding structural steel and architectural metalwork on-site * Proficient use of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques * Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and project specifications * Collaborating with installation teams on-site * Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards * Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas to high standards Qualifications & Skills: * Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding * Strong experience with structural steel and architectural metalwork * Ability to read and interpret engineering and welding drawings * Knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations * Certification in welding or relevant vocational training (desirable) * Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset * Physically fit with stamina for extended welding tasks * Previous experience in construction or metalwork industries What We Offer: * Competitive pay of £15.00 – £19.50 per hour (Enhanced rate is Umbrella pay) * Monday to Friday work – 40 hours a week * Overtime opportunities available * Long-term career prospects with a growing company * Supportive and professional working environment If you’re a skilled Fabricator or Site Welder looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you
