Mechanical Project Manager Sheffield – Retail Projects Salary up to £65,000 plus car allowance We are working with a leading Building Services Contractor based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. This is a permanent role, managing mechanical building services installations on a range of retail projects across the UK. The company is well established in the market and delivers M&E services to a variety of high-profile clients. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. Key responsibilities: * Oversee the delivery of mechanical building services projects from inception to completion * Manage labour, materials, and sub-contractors to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget * Work closely with clients and consultants to maintain strong relationships * Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards * Regularly report on project progress to senior management Candidate requirements: * Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services contracting * Strong knowledge of HVAC and general mechanical systems * Experience managing retail projects is highly desirable * Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously The company will offer a salary of up to £65,000 plus car allowance, along with a supportive working environment and the opportunity to deliver projects for well-known retail clients.
