Senior Procurement Manager - Generalist Indirects Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum A well-known retailer is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the strategic management of its indirect/GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) spend. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive transformation across complex spend areas. The successful candidate will lead a team, serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, and be accountable for cost savings, innovation, compliance, and supplier performance. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement strategy development and execution across multiple GNFR categories Deliver effective end-to-end sourcing processes, from market review to contract award Build and implement SRM strategies, including performance measurement and SLAs Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring procurement is embedded in decision-making Lead and support your team to deliver against performance and savings targets Ensure legal, policy, ESG, and data compliance in all procurement activities Champion continuous improvement across procurement processes, tools, and systems What We're Looking For Significant procurement leadership experience in a retail or fast-paced service environment Broad category expertise across multiple GNFR spend areas Strong track record in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier performance oversight
