Manufacturing Lead

Role: Manufacturing Lead Type: 6-month Contract Location: South Wales SRG are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Lead for a successful client based in South Wales. As Manufacturing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting high EHS standards. Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Lead and manage manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams Promote safety through EHS awareness Incident controller in the event of a site emergency Manage budgets and cost control. Criteria: Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role within a highly regulated industry Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, or other relevant regulatory frameworks Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage change and drive operational excellence Relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
