Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Hinckley / Avonmouth (Project Site-Based) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Contract: Permanent, Full-Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure consultancy supporting a major nuclear power project in the UK. About the Role: You will play a key role in managing the commercial and cost control aspects of a high-profile infrastructure project, working closely with client teams and project managers. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment where your contribution will make a genuine difference. Key Responsibilities: Manage contract and commercial obligations with clients and internal teams. Provide robust cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting. Support contract reviews, valuations, and cost planning exercises. Monitor project budgets and advise on risks and opportunities. Foster excellent stakeholder relations and lead commercial discussions. Contribute to team leadership and mentor junior colleagues. What We’re Looking For: Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Significant experience managing cost and contracts on complex infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in regulated or nuclear environments. Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial awareness. Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines. Commitment to safety and quality throughout project delivery. Why Apply?
