Senior Onboarding Associate - Immediate Start

Senior Onboarding Associate Contract: 6-month FTC Location: London (5 days in office) Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 We are seeking an Onboarding candidate to join a growing CFD trading business on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role will focus on onboarding and KYC of retail clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding and KYC processes for retail clients. Review and verify client documentation in line with AML and regulatory standards. Conduct due diligence checks and escalate higher-risk cases where appropriate. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely client approvals. Work closely with compliance and operations to support a seamless client experience. Requirements 3 years’ experience in onboarding/KYC, ideally within a CFD or FX brokerage. Strong understanding of retail client due diligence requirements. Knowledge of AML regulations and best practices. Able to commit to 5 days in the office.
