Contract Design Lead - Design Systems

We are partnered with a leading sports media organisation who are seeking a Contract Design Lead to drive the strategy, evolution, and implementation of their design system at scale. This role will not only deliver a robust multi-brand system but also define the processes, governance, and best practices that ensure its long-term success across product, engineering, and data teams. This is an opportunity for an experienced Contract Design Lead with a proven track record of rolling out design systems and embedding scalable design operations in complex organisations. Key Skills & Responsibilities Lead and scale a multi-brand design system as a core foundation for product delivery. Define and roll out design processes, best practices, and clear standards. Drive collaboration across design, engineering, and product teams. Set up governance and contribution models to ensure consistency and adoption. Embed accessibility and inclusive design from the ground up. Use advanced Figma skills to optimise workflows and efficiency. Explore automation and AI opportunities within design. Bring proven leadership on large-scale design programmes, ideally in sports media or streaming.
